The Child of God       

I asked the Lord, “Lord what shall I do when the sun rises tomorrow?"
The Lord replied, “You shall rise with no thought other than mine and you shall begin the day with faith"..................

I asked the Lord, “How shall I prepare myself to follow Thy will?"
The sweet Lord replied, “You shall bathe in My name........you shall dress in the verses of prayer..........you shall carry the tools of Self Confidence.....you shall keep the questions of fear at bay..........."

I asked once again, “Lord what if I fail ..........what if I speak your name yet question Your protection?"
With a smile the Lord replied, “The moment you shall question My protection you shall feel unpeaceful............There is no doubt that lasts forever........The moment you shall seek peace you shall return to My will and the doubt that took you away from me shall end itself in faith and devotion."

With a tear again I asked my beloved Lord, “How do you love us even though we hurt you so?"
He placed His hand upon my head and replied, “My love for you is beyond any pain...........There is never any hurt.......never for Me any gain.........I always smile and receive from you whatever you are ready to give............I have nothing to ask........If I see you smile I tear in joy...........And when I see you in fear I rush to be by your side......I hurt when you hurt yourself.............As for Me you must never worry..........I am by your side always even when you wish to be alone...........I alone stand by you..........

I sobbed and asked, “Can I reach a love so pure.........Can I receive the grace to love you as you love me so?"
"Do not cry My dearest one.........You already have the grace..........for we are only one...........If you shall only remember My love for you, you shall taste its sweetness within you........Remember yourself to be the 'child of God' and the weak moments shall pass.........You shall remember My love and the moment you do, you shall fill with love for Me..........and that love My child shall take you across the ocean of delusion.........The day shall come.......the night shall pass........the fears may come but you shall turn back.........to Me.........always..........Such must be your day..........such must be your nights..........such must be your inner battles...........such must be your brave fights.........You are not to cry when you have failed your love.........you are to smile and rise again...........You are the child of God remember...........and once you do, nothing..........nothing My child shall stand in your way!"
